  The high rating is overrated; this is not good food. The truck was in Riverview at the Chocolate River Station; I got there at 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 29th. This was my first experience with this company. I was excited to try them out and heard good feedback. I frequently try new places and have eaten at most restaurants in Moncton. There was one customer in front of me, and I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and spring rolls. The spring rolls were greasy and tasted like they had been sitting from the day before. Hopefully, I will not get sick. They tasted like frozen spring rolls from Costco; I did not finish them. Next, the Pad Thai was tasty, not too much sauce but had very few vegetables, one piece of green onion that I could see; there was lots of egg. The Pad Thai dish also looked like leftovers from the day before. I saw a handful of bean sprouts, but I was happy with the amount of chicken, but the chicken was dry, almost like it was leftovers also. The noodles stuck together with a plop of this mixture sitting on top of them. The nuts sat on top of this mess stuffed in a small box; the box probably made the mushiness worse. The service was fast, but I have my doubts the food is cooked fresh like the sign said. The price was fine till I tasted the food $20 with tip and was mostly noodles and dry chicken. You can get much better tasting food elsewhere for $20. It was not busy, so there was no reason for the mess that they served me. I was disappointed and will not return or recommend.

  Absolutely delishous and authentic! The Green Curry was so well balanced and a nice heat throughout.
  
  Only complaint I have is the cost per portion. The 10.50 for what equates to a laddle of soup is a bit steep. But as far as the curry goes it's perfect.

  I love May's Pad Thai, as well as the homemade hand rolled spring rolls. Everything was plentiful, so fresh and the vegetables were crisp and yummy!! I lived in Toronto for over 25 years where I tasted several foods of different cultures daily and I recently had the pleasure of enjoying Pad Thai again thanks to May, something I haven't had since I moved here to New Brunswick. The service was authentic and May was very sweet and kind --she couldn't do enough for me to ensure my take out was perfect and IT was beyond that. Ps. I love your spring rolls and your homemade sauce!!! Thank you May :)
